Cardboard packaging: printing and finishing per one pass on new flexographic print-finishing line
 New flexographic print-finishing line OMET VaryFlex F1 VF-530 (Italy) has been installed in the Belarusian Printing House for the further technical development of the enterprise with finished cycle of packaging production, diversification and improvement of products quality.
More than 50 percent of all packaging worldwide is produced by means of flexographic printing. To the highest degree it applies to flexible packaging.On this new line printing can be performed from roll in line till made production output, including all work processes and printed production upgrading. Therewith, inks are dried on proofs at the same instant, so there is no need for any intermediate step. Thanks to this, production time, from order receipt till ready-made products delivery, considerably decreases. The client receives his order in a short time.
Today we can provide packaging with high quality full-color flexoprinting, enabling to achieve nearly photographic accuracy of details, as well as chromaticity grade approximate to offset printing.
The flexographic print-finishing line VaryFlex F1 VF-530 can print up to 10 color inks on:
- cardboard (thickness up to 600 μm),
- paper,
- paper-based self-adhesive materials,
- PET, OPP and BOPP films (thickness starting from 20 μm),
- PETF film (thickness up to 250 μm),
- shrink films PET, PVC and OPS (starting from 20 μm).
