Moreover, we can offer you packaging made not only of cardboard, but also of clear PET–film. This makes it possible for the buyer to view the contents without opening the package by itself.

- New flexographic print–finishing line VaryFlex F1 VF–530 of the Italian company OMET.
This equipment makes it possible to involve all operations in line by one continuous cycle (printing, cold and hot embossing, selective and solid varnishing by UV–or water dispersed varnishes, relief stamping and die cutting), and to obtain more competitive products per one pass with passage of material from web unwinding to the end product — a complete blank of the cardboard box. Thanks to this line, we can produce packaging of cardboard, plastic and film materials; print self–adhesive labels, etc.
- Complex Esko Spart for flexographic plate making.
- Cutting plotter Kongsberg XL20 and software ArtiosCAD of the Belgian company EskoArtwork for packaging design and production.
This equipment is intended for creation and production of packaging specimens, for short and medium runs of folding board and corrugated board boxes, for plastic and foam plastic advertising materials, for milling of counter–matrixes and die cutting of forms for selective varnishing.
- Die–cutter Bobst SP 102–E.
This machine permits to perform die cutting of cardboard template of different form and of different materials.
- Folder gluing machine of the company International (USA) KJ for gluing of templates of cardboard boxes along outseam in three points.
Besides machine gluing we have the special department of hand gluing and packaging that permits to make more complicated gluing.
- Ultrasonic welding press УЗПК–14 and hand tool УЗПК–15 for welding of polystyrene and PET–materials.
