Subsidiary company «Minsk Printing House»

From December, 2003 Minsk Printing House has been a subsidiary company of RUE Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co. It specializes in producing cardboard packaging by offset printing method. As finishing operations we use the following procedures: UV–varnishing, foil stamping, hot and blind, as well аs gluing in up to 6 points.

Production is located in village of Atolino of Minsk region. There is also a section specializing in production of plywood–based punching (die–cutting form) on working sites in Minsk.

The whole complex of production equipment of RSPUE “Minsk Printing House”, on our enterprise and as well as qualified personnel working at it and introduced ISO standards guarantee high quality of order and its timely fulfillment.

Cardboard packaging production shop

“Minsk Printing House” is one of the leaders in cardboard packaging production in the Republic of Belarus. On its working areas (village of Atolino in Minsk region) equipment is located that ensures the complete cycle of cardboard packaging production:

• Five–colour offset printing machine ROLAND 705 LV, built–in chamber–rakel system of selective water dispersed varnishing. Productivity up to 12 000 sheets per hour; printing is accomplished both on thin paper (thickness from 0.04 mm), and cardboard (thickness up to 1 mm); printed surface from 340x480 to 715x1020 mm;
• Printing machine HEIDELBERG SORSZ, modified for complete and selective coating with UV–varnish — harden varnish, maximal sheet format — 720x1020 mm, thickness of printed material up to 0.8 mm; productivity — up to 5 000 sheets per hour;
• Automatic press for stamping and die–cutting YAWA TYM1050S: used for hot and cold stamping of different types of cardboard packaging. Productivity is up to 5000 sheets per hour, thickness material used (150–500 g/m²), maximal sheet format —750x1050 mm;
• Punching machine BOBST SP 102E with waste discharge section, format –700–1020 mm; thickness up to 1.5 mm, productivity up to 7 500 sheets per hour.
• Folding equipment of the INTERNATIONAL Company (USA) — KJ (standard) single–point, КН (universal), up 6 adhesive points; “DIANA 1225–4” –single point.

RSPUE Minsk Printing House is producing cigarette packing for Grodno Tobacco Factory “Neman”. Besides nowadays the printing house produces cardboard packaging for “Modum — our cosmetics”, LLC “First chocolate company” (Brest), PUE “Minskhlebprom”, RUE “Borisov medical drug factory”, RUE “Belmedpreparaty”, JSC “Mozyrsol”, JSC “Brest electr–lamp plant”, JSC “Novobelitsk Bread–baking factory” etc.

Section specializing in production of plywood–based punching forms

This production site is equipped with machines of ELCEDE Company (Germany).

+ Laser cutting of plywood, its thickness 10;15;18 mm and maximum sheet size 1525х1250 mm. СО2 laser 400–500 W. Cutting speed 2 pt (0.71 mm) up to 0.5 m/min, cutting accuracy 0.01 mm;

+ Scarfing of counter–creasing matrix with maximum size of 1070x1070 mm. Material — Pertinax;

+ Designing of plywood–based punching forms (die–cutting form), with the help of design system Diecad 5;

+ System of stamping rules production including equipment for rules bending, cutting, blazing and pressing.
